One year replacement and three years warranty, the detailed rules are explained as follows:

(1) Definition of one-year replacement: It means that the power supply can be replaced free of charge if there are non-artificial quality problems within 12 months from the date of sales of individual customers.

(2) Three-year warranty definition: refers to the non-artificial quality problems that occur within 12 months and 36 months from the date of sale to the customer, and can be repaired free of charge, and the customer bears the freight.

(3) Beyond the warranty period: For power products that exceed the three-year warranty period, if a customer requests repair services, Mori Shuqiang Power will provide fee-based maintenance services, including freight, labor, and component costs.

(4) Determining the warranty date: When Senshuqiang Power is officially shipped from the factory, the production date is printed on the product sticker, so that customers can correctly calculate the warranty period when returning the product to determine whether the product is within the warranty period.
Senshuqiang Power Technology Department will issue a test report and disposal opinions within 7 working days after receiving the power for repair.
